When you install the app on Shopify, we receive store and account data required to provide the service — including product, variant, and pricing data needed for app functionality. We also collect usage and diagnostic data to maintain and improve the app.
How we use information
We use collected data solely to operate, secure, and improve the product; respond to support requests; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Data sharing
Shopify platform data is processed according to the Shopify API license and terms. We may use subprocessors for hosting and analytics under contractual safeguards.
Retention & deletion
We retain data while your account or app installation is active and for a limited period afterward where required for legal or operational purposes. You may request deletion by contacting us.
